Maintenance Contract
In order to give our customers priority in any emergency service needs, we offer various types of preventive/corrective maintenance contracts. We will then identify a type that best meets your needs.
Installation
With a specialized technical team, we carry out the assembly / disassembly of energy converter equipment (UPS, rectifiers, inverters, battery banks, etc.).
Batteries
With state-of-the-art, high-quality equipment to diagnose faults or the state of the batteries, we carry out all the necessary tests to guarantee the system’s proper performance and avoid interruption. All tests are accompanied by a diagnostic report using electronic battery analysis equipment.
Battery Bank Disposal
CTRLTECH disposes of batteries in accordance with Brazilian safety and environmental standards.
Assembly Supervision
Assembly supervision will be carried out by our specialized, factory-trained technical team. Standard Service
On-site service or technical support is provided from Monday to Friday, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., except on public holidays, for the entire range of products and equipment manufactured or marketed by CTRLTECH, and also for products and equipment in the same segment manufactured or marketed by other suppliers that have service deficiencies.
